What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing, or energy medicine that is channelled through a Reiki practitioner's hands. Reiki uniformly helps restore the physical and subtle bodies as well as objects, locations, plants and animals ~ essentially anything and everything. It's spiritually guided life force energy that is a safe energy healing technique and an excellent complement to any healthcare and treatment program. It nourishes the energy bodies and provides opportunities to heal and cultivate increased spiritual awareness.
The Energy Experience
Through Reiki and energy awareness, I am able to work with you to clear blockages that keep you from being your truest self. Everything is energy! As energy beings, we have energy centers called chakras that process and react to the way we interpret the world. Many times these energy centers process situations in fear and doubt, which lead to the center not functioning properly. This can lead to a state of imbalance which may manifest in many different ways. We weren’t meant to process things in such a way, but rather process in love and faith.
Rebalancing these centers allows us to be in our most natural state to heal ourselves because, after all, it’s our choice to heal or not. No one can do it for us. Along with direct energy work, we’ll work together to reframe the energy around events in your life. From a spiritual perspective, the events are neutral. It’s up to you to surround them with the potential to grow in a loving way. This experience is designed to get us out of our own way and reminds me of one of my favorite Rumi quotes…

Sessions
Individuals - $125
A typical session lasts for about an hour and a half to two hours. We start off exploring where blockages may reside and then work with new perspectives that will allow for the energy to transmute away from what is limiting your truest self and potential. This process gets the recipient to begin to open up. Most of us know how much just talking can help. It's a release. After blockages have been explored, the actual direct Reiki energy work begins.
